The Leap For Your Dreams Foundation, Inc. at a Glance

The Leap for you Dreams Foundation is a non-profit organization serving the Greater Atlanta area. We sponsor activities and events to provide our youth with the knowledge and skills needed to have the confidence to leap for their dreams, whatever those dreams may be. Our values are instilling a sense of community, supporting strong educational foundations, teaching resilience and promoting financial independence. We partner with local churches, corporations and governments to provide avenues for our youth to become exposed to opportunities that help them reach their full potential.

Our Programs

The Leap For Your Dreams Scholarship Fund

Our scholarship program helps families participate in recreational youth sports, competitive sports teams or movement-based activities. We believe in the power of mind-body connection and know that teamwork, self-development, and community engagement are pillars of growth and healing.

The Leap For Your Dreams Pebbles Program

​Our Pebbles Program is a wrap-around, two-gen program for youth aged 0 to Pre-K and provides socio-emotional care and support to young children and families who have traumatic experiences in the foster care system, healthcare system, legal system (children of incarcerated parents) or that may be experiencing financial challenges.

The Leap For Your Dreams Pearl Program

Our Pearl Program is a wrap-around, two-gen program for youth in the 4th through 10th grade and integrates counseling, tutoring, sports and movement sessions, summer academic/enrichment camps, mentorship outings, professional development events and family engagement through coaching, workshops, and resource navigation.

Requirements: 

Leap for Your Dreams Scholarship

- Open to families experiencing financial need
- No strict income limit — we understand that every family’s situation is unique
- Award amounts are based on information provided in the application
- Our review process considers multiple factors, not just income

- Our goal is simple: to meet families where they are and provide meaningful support.

Pebble & Pearl Programs

- Participation is through nomination only
- Nominees are identified through targeted schools, churches and community partners

 

These programs are intentionally designed to serve youth who will benefit most from a comprehensive, two-gen, wraparound approach.

2. Participate

Dreamers

Dreamers are the heart of our programs—and we hold them to a standard that supports their growth and success.

Dreamers are expected to:

- Show up with a positive, can-do attitude

- Maintain strong academic effort and performance

- Engage in community service and give back to their community
- Actively participate in all program activities and opportunities

Dream Weavers

Dream Weavers are the guides, mentors, and leaders who help bring each Dreamer’s journey to life.

As a Dream Weaver, you are expected to:

- Meet families where they are, with empathy and understanding
- Be patient, consistent, and supportive in all interactions
- Assist with administrative processes to ensure families stay engaged
- Support transportation coordination and logistics when needed
- Help plan and organize events, programs, and experiences
- Act as a strong partner and steward of the mission and values

Dream Catchers

Dream Catchers make this work possible by investing in the mission and showing up for the community.

As a Dream Catcher, you are expected to:

- Honor your financial or in-kind commitments
- Be available to attend showcases and key events when possible
- Participate in feedback sessions to help us grow and improve
- Serve as a visible and engaged community partner
